Welcome to Jardim do Ave. We want you to rest —and for the valley to remain peaceful.
- Arrival and departure — Check-in 15:00–20:00 · check-out before 11:00. If you arrive out of hours, let us know and we'll see what we can do.
- Capacity — Up to 4 people. If someone stays overnight, tell us beforehand.
- Peace at night — From 23:00 to 07:00 we keep it quiet: the hosts live downstairs and the neighborhood is tranquil. No parties or events.
- Smoke-free house — No smoking indoors.
- Pets — We do not allow pets (a Shiba Inu lives in the house).
- BBQ — Only in the garden, until 22:00.
