Long stays / nomads

Security deposit
Short stays: pre-authorization (hold, not a charge) on your card with Stripe: €300 for stays up to 6 nights and €500 from 7 nights. It is made 2 days prior to arrival (or upon payment, if you arrive earlier). We inspect the house and the deposit is released in 24–72 h if everything is fine.
Long stays (15 nights or more): refundable deposit (€300 for 15 days, €500 for 1 month or more), charged at the start and returned within 7 days after check-out. The hosts personally send you the payment details upon confirming the stay; we never publish them on the web.

Cancellation policy: 100% refund if you cancel 14 days or more before arrival; 50% refund if you cancel between 13 and 2 days before; no refund with less than 2 days. The Stripe fee is non-refundable: we hosts bear it, it is not deducted from your refund. See terms.
